The Edinburgh Wedding Exhibition

This weekend I'm off to one of my regular wedding fairs, The Edinburgh Wedding Exhibition. This time it's going to be at Murrayfield Stadium, and I'm expecting it to be much bigger and busier than previous events held at the Royal Highland Centre - which is great as I'm always keen to meet up with some new coupes and hear all about their wedding plans! Anyone interested in popping along to have a chat and check out the other wedding suppliers in attencdance should give me a shout ASAP as I can email over a wee E-ticket to get you in. Looking forward to meeting you!

Happy New Year!

I'm finally back in the office after a very busy festive period and so it seems fitting to check in with a wee post to the blog. Hello! In between the mayhem that is Christmas eating and drinking (a lot of) I had a few weddings through the month of December, which was great, as if you get the weather for it (they, remarkebly, ALL did) then it is a beautiful time of year to get married. Normally a bright blue sky is a photographer's worst enemy but in the winter it can actually be quite nice due to the fact the sun never gets too high in the sky - kind of like an all day sunset if the weather is just right. Lovely stuff. Congratulations to all my amazing December brides and grooms, I had a brilliant time at all of your weddings and was delighted that you all got a perfect winter day. :)

Going into 2015 I am excited to look through my diary and see all the weddings that I've got booked  - and can't wait to see what other ones come my way by the end of the year. I'll be exhibiting at a few fairs throughout the year - which I'll keep you posted about - and am always keen to book in coffees and meets with people who want to talk about their wedding photos. Looking forward to hearing from you! :)

Here's a micro selection of some of my shots from 2014.
